[ppml] question on 2006-2 v6 internal microallocation

Public reverse dns is important for all interfaces on the router including
loopbacks.  This is true in cases where the address is both publicly
reachable and in cases where the address is not publicly reachable for
reasons of troubleshooting, fault isolation, traceroute, ping, ssh, etc.
