Sorry, I don't buy this argument.  Organizations with enough clue to
successfully multihome will generally have enough clue to get "real"
pipes.  The only excpetion to this is individuals (like many of the
folsk on this list), and they'll have a hard time justifying the
space usage.

I'll agree it's possible within the current policy proposals and
existing policy, but it's also possible that there will be a 7.5
magnitude earthquake in San Francisco today.  Neither possibility
has me worried at the moment.
