To decode the response(s), you will need "munpack" or a MIME-compliant mail reader. Different MIME-compliant mail readers exhibit different behavior, especially when dealing with "multipart" MIME messages (i.e. documents which have been split up into multiple messages), so check your local documentation on how to manipulate these messages. ----- End forwarded message ----- From memsvcs at arin.net Fri Jan 28 17:51:57 2005 From: memsvcs at arin.net (Member Services) Date: Fri, 28 Jan 2005 17:51:57 -0500 (EST) Subject: [ppml] New Internet Draft on Unique Local IPv6 Unicast Addresses Message-ID: ARIN asks that all those interested in the IPv6 protocol, and specifically unique local IPv6 unicast addressing, review the new Internet Draft published by the IP Version 6 Working Group Working Group of the IETF. Reviewing the archive of that presentation is probably useful, see http://www.arin.net/library/minutes/ARIN_XIV/ppm_minutes_day2.html#7. (The second draft discussed in the presentation has expired and no longer appears in the IETF draft repository. It was previously referred to as: http://www.ietf.org/internet-drafts/draft-ietf-ipv6-ula-central-00.txt.) The discussion at the meeting and on ppml afterwards about the ULA draft got....heated. But reservations and objections to proposals in the IETF tend to be most successful if they are calmly worded, based on the specific proposal in the draft document, and accompanied by suggestions as to better solutions.
