I have my hands on the wheel.  With my Frontier hat on here is the posting I
put on ppml on 22 SEP

In general I support this proposal ....I just question the quantity stated.
It appears to be much larger than what I can see appropriate.

i am of the opinion that arin and the other policy-makers need more 
participation by the folk with actual hands on the wheel.  thanks
