Even if they're correct, who's to say anyone will actually read them?  
Incorrect email contacts are a problem though...both an annoyance when 
spam complaints sent to them bounce and in some cases a facilitator of 
network hijacking.

Perhaps registries (not just ARIN) could consider sending monthly or 
quarterly ping messages to all contacts, and auto-remove the ones that 
bounce, while sending a notification of such action to the remaining 
functional contacts on the record.
