David,

Elections are always the best method to select representation. I 
would just like to see the voting members have more of a say and 
another choice other than to vote or not vote for a candidate.

   If we had this option available in normal Government elections I 
am sure there would be a greater turn out at the polls.And far fewer 
unopposed elections.
