[arin-discuss] Microsoft and IPv4 Purchase

It would be interesting to know whether one or the other (seller or vendor) have a legacy RSA with ARIN, because given the size of the IP space concerned, it can only be out of the legacy block.  If no RSA, then it would be interesting to see how this plays out eventually.
