So what do you do when you have a large number of /30 or smaller
assignments? How do you record proper utilization of your allocation
into assignments? If SWIP doesnt meet the need, should it not be
(trvially) revised?

And for the other utilities (there must be some) available through
public whois, the /29 limit is still unjustified.
