Dean,

Your opinions are clearly well defined and fixed in their positions. I don't happen to agree with many of them (though I've also experienced unjustified interference in the early-days of the anti-spam "movement" from some of the parties you reference).

I might constructively suggest that you expend your efforts in the collection of a petition with the required number of signatories (if indeed there are enough to support it) and pursue your grievances within the system that's in place. Perhaps you can invite like minded people to a separate list where you can make your plans.
