[arin-discuss] [info at arin.net: ACSP Suggestion 2007.15]

At the risk of triggering yet another unsubscribe message, I'll add my 
support for CIDR whois queries.  I am perennially hitting 
uparrow-backspace-backspace-backspace-enter after my queries fail.
