No, but it might be useful to send a one-time email to the tech POC
containing a one-click link that will add them.


Broadly speaking, you shouldn't ever do technical things the user
isn't expecting. Most especially not at random times when the user
isn't expecting anything to happen. That's very bad practice with
almost inevitable breakage, no matter how well conceived the notion.

And... compulsory? Really?
