[arin-announce] ARIN Relying Party Agreement (RPA) Update

ARIN has updated the Relying Party Agreement (RPA) for its Resource 
Certification (RPKI) services to explicitly allow for data to be used to 
produce summary and statistical reports.

ARIN plans to continually review and improve RPKI based upon user 
feedback. Users are encouraged to share questions or concerns via the 
arin-tech-discuss mailing list.
