[arin-announce] Fellowship Opportunity to Attend November 2008 ICANN Meeting in Cairo

Applications are now being accepted for fellowships to attend the 33rd 
International Public ICANN meeting in Cairo, Egypt 2-6 November 2008.

The fellowships are targeted to individuals from government, the ccTLD 
community, and non-profits not involved in or associated with the ICANN 
at-large advisory committee. To be eligible, applicants must be citizens 
of a low, lower-middle, or upper-middle income economy according to the 
World Bank country groups classification as identified at:
