[arin-announce] Team ARIN is back!

It has been awhile since Team ARIN burst on the scene to educate and 
protect the open and transparent policy process, but now they are back 
with bold new graphics and two new adventures!  

Team ARIN is a fictionalized view of the American Registry for Internet 
Numbers (ARIN), its processes, and the whole concept of Internet 
governance. Though our heroes are fictional, the issues they face are 
very real.
