New policy proposals must be submitted by 23:59 EST, February 9, 2006, in order to be considered by the ARIN Advisory Council for possible inclusion on the ARIN XVII agenda. This is in accordance with ARIN's Internet Resource Policy Evaluation Process, which requires that proposed policies be submitted at least 60 days prior to the meeting.
