The relevant Board of Trustees meeting minutes are available at: http://www.arin.net/meetings/minutes/bot/bot2006_0212.html ARIN will continue to waive the initial fee for any transfer that was submitted in 2006, regardless of when the transfer was approved or processed. However, following existing procedures, ARIN staff will close any tickets that has not been responded to after ninety (90) days and transfer approvals will remain valid for sixty (60) days. For approved transfer requests received on or after 1 January 2007, the initial transfer fee is $250 USD. Templates will be available online and they may be submitted prior to 1 January 2007 but will not be processed until 2 January 2007 due to the holiday schedule.
